Vehicle Wash Bay

In general, the work on this project consists of constructing a 30’x100’ vehicle wash bay for the City of Trenton. This wash bay shall include a pre-fabricated metal building on top of a structural slab which is being supported by helical piles. All mechanical, electrical, plumbing and site improvements required to obtain a fully operated, DEP compliant wash bay shall be included in this project.
