Targeted Group Businesses on this project is 9%. 2022 Parking Structure Rehabilitation includes miscellaneous repairs and maintenance to the parking structure facilities at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The work includes miscellaneous concrete repairs, expansion joint replacement, construction joint rehabilitation, water repellant placement, floor drain replacement, parking stall striping, aluminum storefront, miscellaneous plumbing repairs, and miscellaneous electrical work. 2022 Parking Ramp Railing Refinishing includes repairs and maintenance to the railings at Terminal 1 at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The work includes removing existing railings from the parking structure, installing temporary fence, blasting and repairing railings at an off-site facility, steel fabrications, blasting and repainting railing posts in place, and reinstalling the railings.
