Engineering Services for Brookfield High School Playing Fields

The scope of the services to be provided are as follows: 1. Land Surveying as needed for topography, site plan and design. 2. Solution Design. 3. Preparation of all Construction Documents sufficient for bidding and construction. 4. Bidding Assistance: answering technical questions, bid qualification and selection. 5. Construction Administration. The services are expected to include an investigation of the soils, surface grading and subsurface drainage within the site to determine their viability to support healthy turf grass. Limited topographic survey to be prepared, sufficient for a site plan and construction documents. No property boundary survey is expected to be required. Design a solution and provide construction documents to eliminate or minimize surface flooding from rainwater. Firms are encouraged to list additional and/or alternative items as they feel may be required but consideration should be given to the overall cost of design and construction, as this will be a material factor.
