The selected firm will be required to provide an Engineering Assessment, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking), Geotechnical Engineering, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will provide Pavement Design and Real Estate Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
