Description

This project is for the construction of the Lanesboro Borough Streetscape Project in Lanesboro, Susquehanna County In The Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania. The Lanesboro sidewalk project consists of pedestrian related improvements along Section 10 of SR 1015, Depot St, and Tannery Road. Depot St and Tannery Road. All improvements will be within existing PennDOT or Lanesboro right of way (excepting the driveway tie-ins). The following list summarizes the work effort: •On SR 1015, the project begins at the last 2 driveways in the populated part of the street, and terminates at the bridge crossing the Starrucca Creek. On the south side of the roadway, the sidewalk will tie match the existing sidewalk on the bridge. On the north side, a sidewalk cul-de-sac will be constructed, providing visitors a photo opportunity of the viaduct. •On Depot St, the work extends from SR 1015 to the entrance to Luciana Park. There is no impact to the park. •The former D&H railbed, now owned by NEPA Rail-Trails, crosses the sidewalk near the entrance to Luciana Park. The Rail-Trail organization is currently developing construction plans for this section of the trail, with intent to build in the next few years assuming funding is secured. We have shared our sidewalk and curbing information with them. •Replacement of deteriorating sidewalk with new sidewalk. •Construction of new sidewalk in areas where there currently isn’t any. •New concrete curbing in all areas of sidewalk construction. •The total length of curb and sidewalk on the project is approximately 2,100’. •A new 3’ grass (no trees) strip will be installed between the new curbing and sidewalk. All of the new sidewalk will be 5’ wide and fully ADA compliant. •New striped crosswalks will be installed along SR 1015 at Depot St. and Tannery Road. •Shoulders on SR 1015 will be widened (currently <2’ on avg.) to accommodate new 5’ bicycle lanes along SR 1015. SR 1015 is a signed state bicycle route. •The project also includes construction of new drainage pipes and a few drainage inlets. The drainage is being installed along other existing utilities (sewer and/or water) while maintaining compliance with offsets from other utilities. •Other minor elements on the project include selective removal of several nuisance, dead or dying trees, and grade adjustments to 13 water valves and 3 manhole covers located in the sidewalk or shoulder. 0203-0001 Cubic Yard 1,019.000 01 n c Class 1 Excavation 0203-0006 Linear Foot 1,768.000 01 n g4 Saw Cutting 0204-0150 Cubic Yard 983.000 01 n c1, h, s Class 4 Excavation 0205-0001 Cubic Yard 757.000 01 n c1 Common Borrow Excavation 0212-0014 Square Yard 12.000 01 n c3, h, m2 Geotextile, Class 4, Type a 0313-0337 Ton 220.000 01 n e Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Base Course, Pg 64s-22, < 0.3 Million Esals, 25.0 Mm Mix 0350-0106 Square Yard 1,900.000 01 n c, e Subbase 6" Depth (No. 2a) 0350-0110 Square Yard 279.000 01 n c, e Subbase 10" Depth (No. 2a) 0413-0202 Ton 115.000 01 n f Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Wearing Course, Pg 64s-22, < 0.3 Million Esals, 9.5 Mm Mix, Srl-h 0413-6037 Ton 114.000 01 n f Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Binder Course, Pg 64s-22, < 0.3 Million Esals, 19.0 Mm Mix 0460-0003 Square Yard 1,682.000 01 n f4 Asphalt Tack Coat (Ntt/Cntt) 0501-0198 Square Yard 264.000 01 n g Reinforced Cement Concrete Pavement, 6" Depth 0601-0550 Linear Foot 824.000 01 n h 18" Thermoplastic Pipe, Group Vii, 12`-2` Fill, 100 Year Design Life 0605-2401 Set 1.000 01 n k Manhole Frame And Cover 0605-2600 Each 1.000 01 n k Type d Endwall 0605-2731 Set 7.000 01 n k Type m Concrete Top Unit And Bicycle Safe Grate 0605-2781 Set 2.000 01 n k Type m Frame And Bicycle Safe Grate 0605-2850 Each 7.000 01 n k Standard Inlet Box, Height < /= 10` 0605-2866 Each 2.000 01 n k Type 7 Inlet Box, Height < /= 10` 0605-3021 Each 1.000 01 n k Type 5 Manhole, Storm Water, Height >5` And < /= 10` 0606-0150 Set 1.000 01 n c1, k Grade Adjustment Of Existing Manholes 0606-0160 Set 11.000 01 n c1, k Grade Adjustment Of Existing Water Valves 0608-0001 Lump Sum 1.000 01 n x Mobilization 0609-0002 Lump Sum 1.000 02 n x Inspector`s Field Office And Inspection Facilities, Type a 0609-0009 Lump Sum 1.000 02 n x Equipment Package 0618-0021 Each 1.000 01 n h Concrete Collar For 15" Pipe Extension 0630-0001 Linear Foot 1,564.000 01 n k Plain Cement Concrete Curb 0676-0001 Square Yard 797.000 01 n k Cement Concrete Sidewalk 0686-0020 Lump Sum 1.000 01 n x Construction Surveying, Type b 0688-0020 Lump Sum 1.000 02 n x Microcomputer, Type c 0689-0001 Lump Sum 1.000 01 n x Narrative Schedule 0695-0002 Square Foot 30.000 01 n k Detectable Warning Surface, Cast Iron 0802-0001 Cubic Yard 124.000 01 n c1, m Topsoil Furnished And Placed 0804-0011 Pound 82.000 01 n m3 Seeding And Soil Supplements - Formula b 0810-0052 Each 15.000 01 n a, m1 Selective Tree Removal 0850-0036 Cubic Yard 12.000 01 n c1 Rock, Class r-8 0860-0000 Each 9.000 01 n m2 Inlet Filter Bag For Type m Inlet 0865-0003 Linear Foot 100.000 01 n m2 Silt Barrier Fence, 30" Height 0901-0001 Lump Sum 1.000 01 n q Maintenance And Protection Of Traffic During Construction 0941-0001 Each 8.000 01 n r Reset Post Mounted Signs, Type b 0962-1001 Linear Foot 1,367.000 01 n o 6" White Waterborne Pavement Markings 0965-0011 Linear Foot 135.000 01 n o2 12" White Preformed Thermoplastic Pavement Markings 9000-0001 Each 4.000 01 n Zz Proj Relocate Existing Mailbox 9000-0002 Linear Foot 109.000 01 n j2 Proj Remove And Reset Chain Link Fence 9000-0003 Each 2.000 01 n Zz Proj Relocate Private Lighting 9000-0004 Each 1.000 01 n Zz Std Covid-19 Safety Plan Sign
