2020 Roadway Improvement Program

The Base Contract will generally include the overlay of eight Township roadways (4,778 Ton). The work will also include 6,146 SY of pavement repair, 17,900 SY full-width mill, 8,267 LF curbline/intersection/driveway mill, 50 GAL rubberized crack seal, 30,752 SY asphalt seal coat, 430 LF concrete curb replacements, 6 EA C-top replacements, 6 VF inlet reconstruction, 6 EA sanitary sewer manhole adjustments, 1 EA sanitary manhole frame and cover replacement, 840 TON leveling/scratch course, 4 EA traffic signal loop replacements and the replacement of all pavement markings. Alternate/Add-On No. 1 will generally include the overlay of a portion of the Heebner Park parking area and trail (950 TON). The work will also include 365 SY pavement repair, 80 GAL rubberized crack seal, 30 LF curbline/intersection/driveway milling and the replacement of all pavement markings. Alternate/Add-On No. 2 will generally include the overlay of the Sunnybrook Park parking area (200 TON). The work will also include 40 GAL rubberized crack seal, 250 LF curbline/intersection/driveway milling and the replacement of all pavement markings. Alternate/Add-On No. 3 will generally include the section of the Zacharias Trail off Fawn Road (75 TON).
