Hydraulic Cylinder, Valve, Pump, Motor and miscellaneous Motor Repair

Dover seeks the services of a Contractor to provide as needed miscellaneous hydraulic equipment repair on various equipment for the City of Dover ranging from skid steers to full size loaders and plow trucks from 1/2 ton to 20 ton. The agreement would be through the award of an indefinite quantity, non-exclusive, unit price, time and materials, with multi-year extension provisions. The contractors would be responsible for pick up and drop off of items needing repair at 271 Mast Road, Dover, NH. The initial term will cover the period from the issuance of a contract resulting from this Request for Bid and shall be non-exclusive. City of Dover reserves the right to award a task under the master agreement or put the task out for competitive bid. Submitted Rates will hold for one year beginning 11/1/2022 and will be negotiated for the optional two year extensions. Rate increases IF ANY for year two and three will not exceed the Consumer Price Index (Boston). The contract pricing will be based on Time and Materials Only. Man hours paid under this agreement shall be only for production hours.
