Description

Scope of work for consist of perform deep polyurethane structural foam injection, the removal and replacement of surface paving and concrete improvements. Curb, sidewalk and pavement will be replaced and ABC re-graded to remove the existing 2-1/2” crowned warped section to straight grade to drain to the existing trench drain at the intersection of Douglas Fir Dr. and N Stone Mountain Pine Way. Area for volume determination of measurement will be taken along the perimeter tubes, and depth based on the planned 20’ depth, or refusal depth and average end area of the proximal tube grid. All tubes must be cut flush, or countersunk, and permanently patched.
