Justice Center Locker Room Remodel Project

This project consists of the remodel of the former men’s and women’s locker room space on the main level of the west side of the Douglas County Justice Center into an renovated locker room with increased lockers for male officers. Affecting approximately 3527 square feet of existing space, the project will include, but is not limited to, demolition of portions of the existing building, creation of new walls, flooring and lockers. B. Security protocol must be maintained and all contractors, and their subcontractor will need to pass background security checks to be allowed to work in the building. This project includes the reconfiguration and remodel of the existing locker room (+/- 3,635 (net) square feet) located within the Justice Center. Existing ceilings are to be repaired, as necessary, where duct diffusers, lights, and other work has been performed. Provide new flooring and rubber base as indicated in the room finish schedule.
