The Memphis VA Medical Center (VAMC) 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104-2127, is seeking to purchase Replacement Flooring Service for several buildings on their campus. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Supplies/Services LIST OF EQUIPMENT: The service required includes: Removal of existing flooring and cove base in the rooms/spaces identified in Table 1. Prep/patch subfloor to ensure smoothness and leveling, prior to installation of new flooring. Install new government-furnished vinyl flooring, cove base and adhesive(s). Repair damage to any walls, floorings and/or surrounding surfaces caused by the contractor s personnel and/or sub-contractor(s).
