Lincoln County Fiscal Court - Phase 1 - Jail Demolition and Courthouse Renovations

The complete Demolition of the Lincoln County Jail Building and Courthouse Connector of approx. 15,000 SQ.FT. The project includes miscellaneous rough and finish carpentry and other construction to protect the existing Courthouse building. Infill of foundation opening with cmu masonry and waterproofing at the north side of the courthouse foundation excavation/ backfill. Temporary exterior weatherproofing and protection of the north wall facade of the courthouse building. Earthwork, back-fill, compact fill and rough/final grade work of the north side of courthouse square with the complete removal of the Jail structure and sub-grade foundations. General Site restoration for basis of future Phase II work proposed to follow under separate contract. Salvaging of the jail structure foundation stone. Temporary control/ protection, and weather proofing protection of the existing courthouse, and openings exposed with connector demolition. Protection of existing courthouse H.V.A.C./electric/gas/ water/ sanitary sytems. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Awarded Project shall require 100% performance/ payment bonding. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity and any informalities in the bids and in the bidding.
