The purpose of this contract is to obtain stormwater infrastructure maintenance for the Manchester Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), located at 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104. The primary goal is to meet the Good Housekeeping and Pollution Control Measure of the small Municipal Separate Stormwater System (MS4) General Permit which the VAMC is newly covered under.
