Eighth Street- Lake Avenue to Woodmere - 882-18-CIP - City Of Traverse City

Plans call to design to be based on outcomes of 8th Street Charrette. This project will reconstruct 8th Street from Lake Avenue to Woodmere Avenue including sidewalks , curb and gutter, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, watermain and street reconstruction. As of October 12, 2021, this project is included in the Traverse City 2018-2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Information regarding an architect, general contractor or method of selection has not been disclosed.
