Location: Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, Washington County, Utah Sections 24 and 25, Township 41 South, Range 16 West; Sections 30, 31, and 32, Township 41 South, Range 15 West; and Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8, Township 42 South, Range 15 West Salt Lake Base and Meridian Construction of approximately 4.8 miles of 12-inch ductile iron and PVC water pipeline and appurtenances.
