| Description | Each bid shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to Masontown Borough in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Attention is called to the fact that the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry Prevailing Wage Rates as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. All bids shall remain irrevocable for Sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening. |
