The project is expected to be awarded on mid of December.** El Centro Senior Housing and Seybold Village Rehabilitation To submit a bid, a complete set of the bidding documents must be obtained from Albuquerque Reprographics, 4716 McLeod NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87109, (505) 884-0862; receipt of a bid from a Bidder who is not included on the Albuquerque Reprographics Planholders list on the day of the bid opening, will not be accepted. Bernalillo County reserves the right to issue addenda to the Specifications during the advertising period as provided in the Contract Documents. A distribution list of those who receive the RFB and all Addenda will be maintained throughout the procurement process and will become part of the procurement file. Bidders shall be licensed as Contractors in the State of New Mexico at the time of Bid submittal and must include their license number and Contractor classifications held in the prescribed place on the bid form.
