| Description | Reference Number 0000324809 Questions are submitted online No The Broome County Land Bank is soliciting quotations for one-time rubbish removal and disposal for the following properties: 61 Park Ave., 21 Walnut St., 52 Beethoven St., 34 Andrews Ave., 33 Elm St., 14 McNamara Ave., 170 Moeller St., and 8 Gray St. Bidders may conduct site visits to the properties prior to preparing a quotation in order to ensure that responsible quotations are submitted. There will be a one-day walk through and site . Bidders must contact Executive Director of the Broome County Land Bank, Jessica Haas, to register and gain entry inside the residence(s) on said date. Please provide not-to-exceed itemized quotes for all items listed in part 1.1 One-Time Rubbish Removal and Disposal for the eight properties listed above.
