| Description | Experienced concrete contractors to provide timely concrete installation, removal and replacement and other on demand services as needed. Contract consists of “On-Call” concrete replacement throughout the City of Westminster for the Department of Parks, Recreation & Libraries. The Contractor shall be responsible for the control of traffic in construction areas. Traffic control shall consist of furnishing all barricades, signs, traffic control devices, detours, surfaces, or personnel to conduct traffic safely and adequately through the construction site, in conformity with the requirements of these specifications and the most recent manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. |
