Carteret County Health Department Roof Replacement

The Roof Replacement at the Carteret County Health Department located at 3820 Bridges Street, Morehead City, NC 28557. 1. The Contractor shall prep approximately 45,000 Sqft of existing roofing and roofing accessoriesto receive insulation board and a TPO membrane. 2. The Contractor shall verify any and all measurements, retrofit any roof drains, HVAC curbs or other roof accessories. 3. The Contractor shall remove and haul off any associated debris after each working day. 4. The Contractor shall provide a fifteen (15) year manufacturer’s warranty and a two (2) year contractor’s workmanship warranty. 5. The Contractor shall obtain the required permits, if required, give all notices, and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur.
