Description

New fully-adhered single-ply EPDM roofing system by an approved roof system manufacturer. Unless otherwise noted, all components of new roof shall be from same roof system and be compatible with all other components of same roof system. All details and methods of installation shall be in complete accordance with manufacturer's installation requirements. The Contractor shall perform all work required to provide a complete and watertight installation per the specifications and to meet all requirements necessary to obtain manufacturer's warranty as indicated. Roofing above lobby contains asbestos (see Attachment 7 “B1 Roof ACM Testing).
