| Description | Replacing the fire alarm systems in the Rockingham County Administration building located at 20 East Gay Street Harrisonburg, VA. 1. The successful bidder shall coordinate replacement process with City Fire Marshall. 2. All system installations must meet current state and federal fire regulations. 3. The project shall be supervised by A Level 3 NICET certified technician. 4. The new fire alarm system which is installed must be left as a non-proprietary system. 5. The county desires to reuse existing wire where possible. 6. A second form of dial out communication shall be added to meet current code regulations 7. The approved fire alarm systems shall be one of the following: a. Silent Knight b. Fire-Lite c. Kidde FX Series |
