Proposals will be received by the Paragould Light and Water Commission, (hereinafter referred to as the Owner), for a contract to furnish the materials, supplies, and equipment listed and described in the Materialman's Proposal hereinafter mentioned, which may be desired by the Owner for the project designated 412 East Lift Station Pumps and Controls, Contract 3363-LS-2022 more fully described in the Plans and Specifications therefore on file with the Engineer of the Owner The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
