Description Conduct a thorough site investigation, and then create and submit for approval a detailed Work Plan to modify the mechanical yard’s enclosure, remove existing chillers, emplace a concrete equipment slab, provide utility connections, install a Government furnished modular chiller plant, perform controls optimization including connection to the Base’s Energy Management Control System (EMCS), and provide shop drawings accurately depicting the plant’s installation. Prepare, and submit project close out documents, and provide follow on warranty services. Required project close out documents will include: warranty documents, and DD Form 1354, Transfer and Acceptance of DoD Real Property.
