Purchase and Installation of a Roadside Outdoor Digital Sign

The Trigg County Hospital is requesting bids for purchase and installation of a roadside outdoor digital sign. The Hospital has a need to provide the community and public information about the Hospitals services and events. Applications may be in writing or email. Bids are due by 4:00 p.m. CST on 9/22/2023. TCH reserve the right to reject any bid it deems incomplete or insufficient. TCH is not liable for failure to receive any submitted application. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that applications are timely received. Extension of this RFP is not a promise of a contract to any individual or entity. All material provided in response to the RFP will become the property of TCH and will be subject to any public disclosure required by the rules and regulations of that entity. TCH reserves the right to select multiple providers or no providers at the conclusion of the review process. TCH reserves the right to cancel the RFP at any time and with no notice to applicants. TCH will not compensate Applicants for time spent responding to the RFP. Applicants not selected for an interview will not be contacted. Bidders may submit applications in any format as long as all information is included and all requirements are met. All contracts between the bidder and TCH must comply with all requirements of state and federal law and any additional information required by any applicable funding source. This may include photos, brochures, etc. Bidder should include written references from customers. By submitting this RFP, the bidder represents that: (A) The proposal amount has been arrived at by the offeror independently and has been submitted without collusion with, and without any agreement, understanding or planned common course of action with any other contractor, vendor of materials, supplies, equipment or services described in the RFP, that is designed to limit independent bidding or competition. (B) The contents of the proposal have not been communicated by the offeror or its employees or agents to any person not an employee or agent of the offeror, and will not be communicated to any such person prior to the proposal opening. (C) The offeror is legally eligible to enter into a contract with TCH and the award of a contract shall not create any conflict of interests. (D) Neither the offeror, nor its subcontractors, nor any of their principles are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any federal or state department or agency, local organization, hospital or entity. TCH reserves the right to request that any bidder submit additional information or provide an in-person presentation upon request. Deadline for questions is 9/15/2023. No additional questions will be answered by TCH after that date. TCH will not answer any verbal or telephone questions from any bidder. Evaluation will include, but not be limited to price, quality, warranty, availability of unit, reputation of vendor, and past experiences with vendor /similar units. Winning bidder will be contacted after evaluation and decision. No set date is provided for a determination as to any successful offer. Trigg County Hospital reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
