Description

This project funds the stabilization of the riverbank at Smale Riverfront Park between the Roebling Bridge and Elm Street. Requested resources represent a local match for Federal government funding. The purpose of the project is to match the US Army Corps of Engineers' federal authorization to complete phase II of Smale Riverfront Park. The riverbank is severely eroding and the funding for Smale Riverfront Park will stabilize the riverbank. This project is in the city's FY 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Program.
