| Description | The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of its Fairfield Public Schools (FPS) is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to perform roof preventative maintenance and repair services at seventeen (17) school facilities as listed in the bid document. The Town of Fairfield reserves the right to retain five percent (5%) of total bid amount, which is payable ninety (90) days after final payment or acceptance of the work. All questions raised at the pre-bid concerning any issues will be addressed by the Town via posted addenda on the Town of Fairfield website: www.fairfieldct.org/purchasing. The Town of fairfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, or waive Defects in same, or accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the town of fairfield. |
