| Description | The work included in this contract consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services required to perform all work as shown on the drawing entitled "Roof Repairs 1515 Logan Road in the Township of Ocean, Monmouth County, New Jersey" and dated August 9,2019. Work shall be performed in accordance with these plans, and as herein described and specified including, but not limited to, the construction of two new (total of 470 square yards) 060 EPDM flat roof system by Versico or approved equal and (a total of 1,525 square yards) asphalt shingle roof system in the locations shown on the drawings and all other work necessary to provide a completely watertight roof and flashings over the entire roof area. The new roof system shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and specifications. Work will also include inspection and repair of existing flashing and installation of new flashing as required. |
