Pottawattomie Park Sidewalk and Hofma Park Basketball Court

As of December 6 2022, construction is underway and expected to be completed by the end of the month. No further inquiries to be accepted. The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Existing HMA basketball court removal and replacement with 4" Concrete Basketball add court including basketball hoops and court striping 1,053 sft. of 4 inch Sidewalk at Pottawattomie Park 476 sft of 6 inch Concrete Pads 93 sft of 6 inch Concrete Spillway and rip-rap Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Grand Haven Charter Township. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Grand Haven Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall have final completion by December 31st, 2022. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
