Pump Station E Force Main Relocation Project

The work generally consists of but is not necessarily limited to the following: installation of Contractor furnished materials; construction of the PS-E 12 - inch Force Main Piping Relocation including cleaning and testing as required, restoration of area to preconstruction conditions or better; together with all appurtenant for miscellaneous items and work. a. Installation of all necessary 12-inch DIP pipe, restrained mechanical joint fittings, sewage combination air valves with manholes and covers, plug valves with valve boxes, and all appurtenances, and including complying with the State of Florida Trench Safety Act. b. Installation of the 12-inch DIP Bridge Crossing (Sta. 0+94.5 to 2+67.5) below the Commodore Trail pedestrian bridge. c. Furnishing all labor, material and equipment for constructing lime rock base for Type A permanent paving repairs over trench. d. Furnishing all labor, material and equipment for constructing asphaltic concrete surface course for Type A permanent paving repairs. e. Furnishing materials, labor and equipment for traffic maintenance and control as required by City of Coral Gables Public Works and/ or Miami- Dade County Public Works. f. Restoring concrete walkway at north/ south ends of the Commodore Trail pedestrian bridge with appropriate pigmented concrete. g. Furnishing and maintaining automated message board equipment to supplement management of traffic requirements.
