As of 8/25/2022 project was already awarded for $26,811,506.99. Construction will start within 10-days Questions and requests for clarifications emailed directly to Jay Carter, NIGP-CPP, CPPB, C.P.M., Purchasing Manager, at jcarter@prospertx.gov. The deadline for receipt of questions and requests for clarifications is 12:00 P.M. on Friday, July 8, 2022. After that day and time, no further questions or requests for clarifications will be accepted or answered by the Engineer or Town. Please complete and submit a Planholder Registration Form to be added to the official Planholder Listing. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of 4 lanes of Fishtrap Road / First Street from Stuber Elementary to Dallas North Tollway including but not limited to excavation, embankment, moisture conditioning, subgrade / pavement, median landscape / irrigation, bridges / culverts, storm drainage, and water mains.
