UNH - Utility Distribution

Piping replacements from Heating Vault HVT086 to Handler Hall, including construction of new “Pit 4”. Project will include new piping and associated controls and valves as specified on the plans and specifications, from existing pit 3 through the parking lot to a new installation of Pit 4, From there the Piping will continue into Handler Hall, where the distribution piping will be tied into the building systems. Some Mechanical work in the Mechanical room of Handler Hall will be included, as specified on the project drawings and in the project specifications. Project phasing to utilize existing steam and condensate lines to be utilized. New construction to be completed, thereby narrowing the utility shutdown window.
