RFP - On-Call Abatement and Grounds Maintenance Services

The project consists of providing one, several or all of the following services at various locations per active code enforcement cases within the City of Westminster as directed by a City Code Enforcement Officer or per a property manager in the City of Westminster's Economic Development Department. This is an "on-call" contractual format and an individual task order/work order will be created for each job. The contractor will receive authorization and in-person, field support and direction from a sworn Code Enforcement Officer before engaging in work on private property. A City of Westminster Code Enforcement Officer will be present on each job site, with the exception of the routine, scheduled maintenance on the four (4) city properties listed below. Individual jobs will include private commercial, private residential and public property. Where possible, the city prefers environmentally sustainable solutions and products.
