Description

All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified as either a prime or a sub-contractor to submit a bid and must complete a non-collusion affidavit. The bidding process, contract, and conduct of the work must meet the requirements of the EDTF grant agreement. Project includes: Constructing a new roundabout along Waltonville Road; Realignment of US322 ramp connector (Frontage Road); Construction of Northbound right turn lane from Waltonville Road to eastbound US322; One new traffic signal as well as various upgrades to existing signals are in close proximity to the project.
