2021 Sewer Maintenance Program (Bolingbrook)

As of August 15, 2022, project was awarded to Lake County Sewer Co., Inc., awarded amount is $651,459.75. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary for the 2021 Sewer Maintenance Program including but not limited to: clean, video record, pipe joint air pressure test, injection grouting, cured in place sewer rehabilitation (both full length and sectional), rehabilitation sanitary sewer manholes, installation of manhole chimney seals and all incidental work required. Project located in the Bolingbrook Allotment, Shalersville, OH 44255 All bids must be submitted on the bid forms included in the Contract Documents. The Bid Guarantee is conditioned to provide that if the Bid is accepted and awarded, the Bidder will enter into a contract with the County and will file a Performance Bond as required. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract price for the faithful performance of the Contract. If the Bidder selects "Bid Guarantee" Option A, the Bidder may use this Bond as the Performance Bond. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the documentation and all persons interested therein. Each Bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The bidder shall purchase the plans and a contract book to become a qualified participant before final bid submittal. All questions shall be directed to the Portage County Water Resources Department in writing to mmihalich@portageco.com . The Owner intends and requires that the project be completed no later than one hundred and twenty (180) calendar days after the "Notice to Proceed" The Portage County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
