ESTIMATE: Estimated construction cost range is $15,000,000 - $18,000,000. A certified check, a bank cashiers check, or a bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company and payable to the Auburn School District #408 is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid.
