The project includes but is not limited to the following work: 1. The project includes furnishing and installing site and landscape improvements to Colleyville Boulevard as described above; generally consisting of, but not limited to, the following: 2. Median hardscape improvements including stone block walls, stone slab hardscape improvements, and seeded concrete hardscape improvements. 3. Median landscape improvements, including soil preparation and amendments, ground covers, seasonal color, perennials, shrubs and trees. 4. Parkway landscape improvements, including ornamental trees, as indicated and detailed. 5. Tree uplighting and electrical convenience outlets, as indicated and detailed 6. Irrigation system as indicated and detailed.
