IVHC - Emergency Generator Maintenance Services

The quarterly/annual inspection and maintenance of the five transfer switches which are Life Safety, Equipment, Kitchen, Critical and Fire pump. Services will include but not limited to the following: All control panel hardware: bulbs, gauges, alarm indicators, controls, linkages, limit switches, interlocks, phase barriers, Arc Chutes, in-phase monitors, elevator pre-signal, fire pump pre-signal, communication module, engine start contacts, voltage sensing relays and settings, Record pick-up/drop out voltage for normal and emergency, read temperatures of individual cable lugs utilizing and infrared thermometer, Inspect ATS enclosure for moisture or evidence of overheating, Clean ATS enclosure to remove dust and debris. The annual inspection and maintenance of the transfer switches will include but not limited to the following: Control panel hardware: Connections, Relays, Sync lights, Fuses, Insulators, Control wiring, PLC battery, Indicator lamps, Power bus, Frequency meter, Switchgear battery, Main Circuit Breakers: Racking Mechanism, Lubrication of linkage, Circuit Breaker maintenance and testing, Protective relay and maintenance and a Full Function Test of the Switchgears.
