Biohazardous Waste Remediation

Contractor shall provide bio-hazardous clean-up and disposal services not limited to water, smoke, sewage, mold, trauma, and pharmaceutical or recreational drugs on an as-needed basis in the amount, type and manner described in the quotation given to the County. The County may require for hazardous waste remediation services to occur at various owned and leased facilities throughout the County, secure facilities, or roadside to remediate various spills, incidents, or otherwise.Contractor shall have the capability to perform remediation and disposal services on oils, paints, chemicals, known and unknown substances, removal of containers filled with products it may leaking, clean up of drug labs and/or paraphernalia, and hazardous materials categorization. Contractor will be expected to provide manifests and other regulatory and disposal documents relating to contracted work as required. Contractor will be expected to cleanup and dispose of materials associated with homeless camps including human waste. Contractor will be expected to have the capability to remediate biological hazard mitigation and remediation services for materials, medical supplies such as hypodermic needles, blood and other body fluid soiled materials.
