Description

Sealed Bids will be received General Contractors by the Owner For the construction of: EAST VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.90 - HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS GREENHOUSE YAKIMA, WASHINGTON 98901 A single combined Bid is requested for all associated work within each section. Note that the costs associated with the bid and any additional work, exclusion and/or clarifications must be clearly provided with bid. Bids will be opened with the Owner and the bidders present at the aforementioned time and place and read orally. The Owner will analyze and a bid will be selected based on bid price, budget, scope of work proposal, exclusions/additions and other criteria deemed important to the Owner and per Bidding Specifications. Bids received after the aforementioned time will not be considered. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with project bidding and contract document requirements and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check made payable to East Valley School District No. 90, in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid for public works projects. Start at the EVSD Board Room and we shall review the High School site following. Attendance is recommended for all General Contractors interested in submitting a Bid on the project. Attendance is recommended for (other) sub-contractors interested in bidding on a portion thereof. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
