| Description | The Project consists generally of the following major items: 1. Concrete/Foundation - repair of damaged portions of existing slab and installation of concrete plinths at columns. 2. Timber Framing – miscellaneous repair, replacement, and reinforcement of existing timber structure. 3. Roof Framing and Roofing – removal and replacement of existing dimensional roof framing, sheathing, and asphalt shingle roofing. 4. Electrical – temporary disconnection and re-installation of existing light fixture. 5. Painting/Sealing – coating / re-coating of all wood surfaces. 6. Site Restoration – fine grading and seed/straw if/as needed to return any disturbed area around the structure to pre-construction condition. |
