| Description | The Scope of work Includes: Remove all existing roofing and flashings down to the metal deck. Replace any deteriorated metal decking. Install wood nailer on all open roof edges. Install 2 inch polyisocyanurate insulation according to manufacturer specifications. Install a totally adhered .060 EPDM Roofing System according to manufacturer specifications. Terminate rubber to masonry walls using water cut off and termination bar. Flash vent using EPDM Products. Fabricate and install new metal edging using 24-gauge metal following ES-1. Standards on all open roof edges. Fabricate and install new 6 inch k style gutter and a 3x4 Downspout. Clean up and remove all debris caused by this work. Provide owner with a 20-year NDL (No dollar Limit) warranty from manufacturer. |
