Description

RHCP Unit 104 Rehabilitation Project located at 2006 20th St. Unit 104, Santa Monica, CA 90404. Bidders shall guarantee their bid for a minimum of 270 days. The scope of work for this project includes: Replacing all floor coverings, replacing vinyl composition tiles (VCT), sheet vinyl flooring, resilient rubber base, replacing doors, door hardware, stair treads, complete repair and replacement of kitchen, bathrooms, force air unit, and paint inside of the unit completely, and all associated work. Contractors are responsible for verifying site, building conditions, understand and incorporate the requirement of the testing report provided prior to submitting their bid. This IFB is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the respondent's bid. It reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this IFB. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the LACDA reserves the right in its sole discretion to waive minor technical deficiencies in the Bids.
