On-Call Construction Contract for Parks 2023

The City of Albuquerque through its Department of Municipal Development is requesting competitive sealed proposals with the intent of entering into a multiple-prime contract with no more than three general contractors for the purpose of providing on-call landscape construction services for City-owned parks. This procurement process is a combined technical qualifications and cost-based selection. The Offeror is required to provide qualifications and other documents as part of the Technical Proposal. The Cost Proposal will be evaluated separately from the Technical Proposal. Offeror's attention is specifically directed to the Instructions to Offerors; Special Provisions; and, the Supplemental Special Provisions contained in the Proposal Documents.The links for electronic upload are provided in the Instructions to Offerors, 1.9 Submission of Offers. Upload of the Proposals is the sole responsibility of the Offeror. Description of Work: provide on-call construction services including, but not limited to: General construction with landscape emphasis such as new park construction, park renovation, demolition, grading; installation of asphalt paving, cast in place concrete, installation of site amenities [e.g. site furnishings (e.g. benches, tables, fencing and trash receptacles), shade structures, modular restroom buildings, solar lighting], playground equipment and playground safety audits, installing water and electrical services (e.g. irrigation and lighting), surveying and permitting as appropriate, as well as additional services that may include irrigation installation, irrigation repair and renovation, irrigation audits, and landscaping (e.g. installation of planting, mulch, etc.).
