The work generally consists of renovating existing buildings and installing Women Locker Room Facilities at the Gurnee, Waukegan and Clavey Road Sewage Treatment Plants. In addition, renovating existing Dechlorination Facilities at Gurnee STP for relocated mechanics shop.
