Description

Bidders shall be required to submit a current Ohio Dept. of Transportation Certification of Qualifications, which shows they are currently qualified to perform road resurfacing. The county commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Each bidder is required to furnish with its bid, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders are advised to email their contact information to bids@mceo.org, including name, address, phone, fax, and email in order to receive any amendments or other information if bid documents are obtained online.
