Cleaning Services for Annapolis District Court

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking bids from prospective Bidders to furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly janitorial services at multiple Annapolis District Court facilities. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Veteran-owned Small Business Enterprises (VSBE) are encouraged to respond to this Small Procurement. Three (3) month base period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023 with the AOC retaining the sole right to exercise one (1) three-month renewal option at its discretion. The sole point of contact for this solicitation is the Procurement Officer. Bidders are specifically directed NOT to contact any other Maryland Judiciary personnel or its contracted consultants for meetings, conferences, or discussions that are specifically related to this Small Procurement at any time prior to any award and issuance of a Purchase Order. Unauthorized contact with any Maryland Judiciary personnel or the Maryland Judiciary's contracted consultants may be cause for rejection of the Bidder's bid.
