The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) invites submittals of responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Progressive Design-Build (PDB) services for the Paddy’s Run Flood Pump Station Capacity Upgrade Project (Project). The Project will be delivered in two stages: • Stage 1: Design through 100%, construction planning, permitting, and the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal(s). • Stage 2: Construction, start-up and commissioning, acceptance testing and postconstruction services.
