The Department of Parks and Recreation, Oceano Dunes District is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to dig out and repair asphalt, clean out asphalt cracks, apply bituminous seal coting and striping at Oceano Campground at 555 S. Dolliver, Oceano in San Luis Obispo County. License required: A or C12 Project Estimate: $60,000-$75,000 Question Submittal Deadline 11/14/2022 2:00 PM Answers to Questions 11/16/2022 Proposal Intent to Award 11/26/2022 Proposal Award 12/3/2022 Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the States attention by including your comments directly to sarah.paddack@parks.ca.gov The bidder agrees to complete all work within TWENTY-EIGHT (28) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work. This time includes ten (10) calendar days allowed for the contractor to begin work. Contract Term: Notice to Proceed to February 28, 2024. Contract Performance Period: 28 Calendar Days from Formal Start Work Date Bids exceeding $250,000 shall have enclosed cash, a cashier's check, certified check, or a bidder's bond, executed as surety by a corporation authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California, made payable to "Director of Parks and Recreation," in an amount equal to at least 10 percent of amount of bid *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
