Description

A multi-phased investment at the City-owned Rochester Water Works Building located in the High Falls District under the ROC the Riverway Initiative. Phase 1 includes renovation of the Waterworks Building to provide a new visitor center, public restrooms, and accessible multi-use community space. This project is included in the city's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
