2023 Resurfacing and Water Main Improvements

Street asphalt pavement pulverizing, milling and reconstruction, curb & gutter and sidewalk replacement, water main construction, and hydrant replacement, consisting of the following approximate quantities: Street Pulverizing (16,500 square yards) Hot-Mix Asphalt Pavement (4,500 tons) 30-inch Concrete Curb & Gutter Spot Replacement (800 lineal feet) 4-inch and 6-inch Concrete Sidewalk (2,100 square feet) Asphalt Milling (7,400 square yards) 8-inch and 6-inch Water Main (600 lineal feet) Appurtenances to the above construction items such as service laterals are included, but are not listed above. The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The City of Jefferson reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
